Full Policy

Managing or Canceling a Subscription

If you’ve signed up for a recurring subscription — also known as “Subscribe & Save” or The COURSE RECORD Club™ — you can cancel, pause, skip a shipment, change your flavors, or adjust delivery frequency at any time.

You can manage your subscription through:

  • The subscription portal linked in your order emails, or
  • By contacting us directly at service@drinkcourserecord.com
    and our team will happily handle the update for you.

Please submit changes at least 48 hours before your next billing date to ensure they apply to the upcoming shipment. If your order has already been processed or shipped, updates will apply to the next cycle.


No Fees or Penalties

There are no cancellation fees, no hidden charges, and no lock-ins.
Stay because you love COURSE RECORD — not because you’re stuck in a contract.


Skipping or Pausing Deliveries

If you need a break, you can:

  • Pause your membership,
  • Skip an upcoming shipment, or
  • Adjust your delivery frequency
