COURSE RECORD SUMMER CHALLENGE — OFFICIAL RULES
1. SPONSOR
The COURSE RECORD Summer Challenge (“Promotion”) is sponsored and administered by COURSE RECORD INC., 2000 PGA Boulevard, Suite 4440, Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33408 (“Sponsor”). Questions regarding the Promotion may be directed to contest@drinkcourserecord.com.
2. PROMOTION PERIOD
The Promotion begins August 27, 2026 at 6:00 PM Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends October 15, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET (“Promotion Period”). Entries received outside the Promotion Period are not eligible.
3. ELIGIBILITY
The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor and members of their immediate households are not eligible to win.
4. HOW TO ENTER
During the Promotion Period, purchase one (1) or more COURSE RECORD drinks from a participating DICK’S Sporting Goods, Golf Galaxy, or DICK’S House of Sport location and submit a qualifying receipt through the Summer Challenge entry form at the COURSE RECORD website.
A qualifying receipt must clearly show the purchase date, store, and purchase of at least one (1) COURSE RECORD drink. Each valid qualifying receipt submission constitutes one (1) entry.
Limit one (1) qualifying purchase entry per person per calendar day, regardless of the number of COURSE RECORD drinks purchased or number of transactions completed that day. Each daily entry must be supported by a unique qualifying receipt from that calendar day. Duplicate, altered, illegible, incomplete, fraudulent, or otherwise invalid receipts may be rejected at Sponsor’s discretion.
5. INSTAGRAM BONUS ENTRY
An entrant may earn one (1) additional bonus entry for each calendar day on which the entrant submits a valid qualifying purchase entry.
To earn the bonus entry, the entrant must provide their Instagram handle with their entry and post a photo of themselves with the COURSE RECORD purchased in connection with that day’s qualifying receipt. The Instagram post must tag @drinkcourserecord, @foulballgolf, and the applicable retailer where the purchase was made: @dickssportinggoods, @golfgalaxy, or @dickshouseofsport.
The Instagram bonus entry is available only in connection with a valid qualifying purchase entry for that calendar day. A social post without a corresponding qualifying receipt does not constitute an entry.
Maximum of two (2) eligible entries per person per calendar day: one (1) qualifying purchase entry and one (1) corresponding Instagram bonus entry.
6. PRIZE
One (1) winner will receive one (1) new golf driver of the winner’s choice, with a maximum retail value of $900 before applicable taxes.
The selected driver must be a standard-production golf driver and configuration regularly available for purchase through DICK’S Sporting Goods, Golf Galaxy, or DICK’S House of Sport and is subject to availability and Sponsor’s reasonable approval. Custom builds, aftermarket upgrades, personalization, and other non-standard configurations are excluded.
If the selected driver has a retail value below $900, the winner will not receive the difference in cash, credit, or other consideration. No cash alternative is available. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
7. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION
One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Each eligible entry has an equal chance of being selected. The random drawing will take place within five (5) business days following the end of the Promotion Period.
The potential winner will be contacted using the information provided with their entry and may be required to confirm eligibility and provide information reasonably necessary to award the prize. If the potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within five (5) days of notification, is determined to be ineligible, or fails to satisfy these Official Rules, Sponsor may select an alternate winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
8. STORE & PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
COURSE RECORD is currently rolling out at select DICK’S Sporting Goods, Golf Galaxy, and DICK’S House of Sport locations. Participation and product availability vary by store, and inventory may sell out or otherwise be unavailable from time to time. Any online store locator or search tool is provided as a helpful guide and may not reflect real-time inventory or guarantee product availability at a particular location.
9. ENTRY VERIFICATION & CONDUCT
Sponsor reserves the right to verify entries and receipts and to disqualify any entrant or entry that Sponsor reasonably determines is fraudulent, duplicated, manipulated, automated, incomplete, inconsistent with these Official Rules, or otherwise intended to circumvent the entry limitations or integrity of the Promotion.
Sponsor’s decisions regarding eligibility, entry verification, winner selection, and administration of the Promotion are final.
10. PUBLICITY & PRIVACY
Information submitted in connection with the Promotion will be used to administer the Promotion, contact the potential winner, verify eligibility, and otherwise operate the Promotion in accordance with Sponsor’s applicable privacy practices.
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, likeness, city and state for reasonable promotional purposes relating to the Promotion without additional compensation.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, corrupted, misdirected, inaccessible, or unsuccessful entries; technical or internet failures; interrupted website or social-media availability; inaccurate information supplied by entrants; unavailable or sold-out retail inventory; or other circumstances beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control.
By participating, entrants agree to comply with these Official Rules and, to the extent permitted by applicable law, release Sponsor and its officers, directors, employees and agents from claims arising directly from participation in the Promotion or acceptance or use of the prize, except where such release is prohibited by law.
12. RETAILER, SOCIAL PLATFORM & PROMOTIONAL PARTNER DISCLAIMER
DICK’S Sporting Goods, Golf Galaxy, and DICK’S House of Sport are not sponsors or administrators of this Promotion and have no responsibility for its administration, winner selection, prize fulfillment, or entrant communications.
Foul Ball Golf is a promotional/content partner of COURSE RECORD in connection with the Promotion but is not the Sponsor or administrator and has no responsibility for Promotion administration, entry verification, winner selection, or prize fulfillment.
This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta. By entering, each entrant acknowledges that Instagram and Meta have no responsibility for the Promotion.
13. MODIFICATION OR TERMINATION
Sponsor reserves the right, to the extent permitted by law, to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, events beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control, or other circumstances materially impair the integrity or proper administration of the Promotion. If the Promotion is terminated early, Sponsor may select the winner at random from eligible entries received before termination.
14. GENERAL CONDITIONS
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and Sponsor’s reasonable decisions regarding the Promotion. If any provision of these Official Rules is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.
